Position Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable PLAYit Team Members to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our venue…welcoming guests, assisting with questions, managing the flow of activities, and ensuring that every guest feels safe, valued, and excited to be here. You’ll help create an atmosphere of fun while maintaining professionalism and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Provide information on games, mini golf, specials, and venue features such as birthday parties
- Ensure guest safety by monitoring play areas and enforcing safety guidelines
- Assist with game card sales, prize redemption, and mini golf check-ins
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and positively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas (Arcade Zone, Golf Zone, and Redemption Zone)
- Collaborate with team members to create smooth operations and a fun atmosphere
- Assist with event setups (birthday parties, group bookings, etc.) as needed
- Uphold company policies and promote a respectful, inclusive environment for all guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods smoothly
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working with Children’s Check

Is there an age restriction for certain games or attractions?

Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
At PLAYit, you’re welcome to walk in and enjoy our games and mini golf—no need to book ahead for general play.
Please note that during peak times, there may be short waits for some of our more popular attractions. Rest assured, our team works hard to keep things moving smoothly so everyone can have a great time.
