What safety measures are in place at PLAYit Games?
At PLAYit Games, your safety is our top priority. We have strict sanitization protocols in place, ensuring that all gaming machines, mini golf equipment, and VR headsets are cleaned regularly for a hygienic experience.
Our trained staff actively monitor play areas, providing assistance and supervision to ensure all games and attractions are used correctly and safely. Each attraction has clear safety guidelines, including age and height recommendations, so players can enjoy their experience with confidence. Our facility is also equipped with first aid kits, and our staff members are trained in emergency response procedures to handle any situation promptly.
Is there an age restriction for certain games or attractions?
At PLAYit, we strive to create an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages. To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, any games deemed age-inappropriate will have restrictions in place, typically based on the time of day certain levels or content are available. Clear signage will be provided to help guests easily identify the age suitability of each game.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
At PLAYit, you’re welcome to walk in and enjoy our games and mini golf—no need to book ahead for general play.
Please note that during peak times, there may be short waits for some of our more popular attractions. Rest assured, our team works hard to keep things moving smoothly so everyone can have a great time.

Can I purchase a prize using cash from the Prize Hub?
Prizes from the Prize Hub cannot be purchased with cash. They are only redeemable with PLAYit Tickets.
How do I redeem my Arcade Tickets for a prize?
Simply take your PLAYit Card to the Prize Hub where you can check your balance and browse our prizes. You can then choose your own prizes from the Prize Hub, up to the value of the tickets you have available.
You can also choose to save your tickets on your PLAYit Game Card if there are prizes you’d like to work your way up to – though we do recommend if you choose to leave any Tickets or Cash on your card, that you do fully register your PLAYit card so we can protect your balance.
How do I receive my Arcade Tickets?
All tickets are electronically transferred onto your PLAYit Game Card when you finish playing a ticket awarding game, which is identified as a Pink Reader.
What are bonus credits?
Bonus credits are an additional balance added to your card when you load up your PLAYit Game Card. This is an additional credit given to you when you load one of our pre-set options which can be used to play games in store.
What happens if I lose my PLAYit Game Card?
If your PLAYit Arcade Game Card is fully registered, our staff can transfer your Points and Money to a new card by searching the details that the card is registered with. The old card will be deactivated. However, if your card is not registered and is lost, stolen, or misplaced, unfortunately, we will be unable to recover any data from it.
How do I secure my money and points on my PLAYit Game Card?
Register your game card with the friendly staff in our store. We use your information to set up an account, which links your name and unique identification (email) to your tickets and money.
