Is there an age restriction for certain games or attractions?
At PLAYit, we strive to create an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages. To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, any games deemed age-inappropriate will have restrictions in place, typically based on the time of day certain levels or content are available. Clear signage will be provided to help guests easily identify the age suitability of each game.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
At PLAYit, you’re welcome to walk in and enjoy our games and mini golf—no need to book ahead for general play.
Please note that during peak times, there may be short waits for some of our more popular attractions. Rest assured, our team works hard to keep things moving smoothly so everyone can have a great time.

Are there any group discounts or party packages available?

Do guests win tickets during the Arcade portion of the Activities?
Guests will automatically have a set number of tickets pre-loaded onto their game cards based off your chosen package. Guests will not earn any additional tickets while playing on our Arcade “Ticket Awarding” games.
What games will the party be able to play?
PLAYit uses a color-coded system for games, categorized by game type. During our parties, guests can enjoy the Ticket Awarding Games (Pink Reader) and Video Games (Green Reader) for the entire duration. Depending on the chosen package, guests will also have access to a specific number of Crane / Merchandise Machines (Rainbow Reader) for a chance to win prizes. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to try out one Attraction / Feature machine (Yellow Reader).
Does the birthday booking need to be confirmed?
A representative from PLAYit will reach out to you by the Wednesday prior to your party, to confirm the final guest count.
What do you mean by carer?
A caregiver is a parent, guardian, or adult responsible for overseeing the children at the party and serving as a point of contact for PLAYit staff. We advise having caregivers present for the entire duration of your party. Their role includes ensuring all kids participate in activities, accompanying them to the bathroom, and maintaining appropriate behavior in the venue. If any issues arise, the Party Host will communicate with the caregivers, so it’s important for them to stay on-site to effectively supervise the event.
Do we need to stay with the party?
We kindly request that you arrange for at least 2 parents or caregivers to be present throughout the duration of your party as a point of contact for our hosts. This could be you, your partner, a family member, or a friend—someone attending the party who can help supervise the children.
Do we need to arrive earlier than our booking time?
We request that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time. This will ensure that your party begins on time and that none of your guests miss out on any of the fun!
What if I need to cancel or make changes to my party?
If for any reason you need to make an amendment to your party, please get in touch with us by phone or email. If you need to cancel your party, we ask that you inform us at least three business days prior to the party to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Is there a minimum number of guests for a birthday party booking?
There is a minimum 8 participating guests to enjoy the full experience of a birthday party with PLAYit. This includes the party guest of honour, but not people attending the party only to supervise.
How far in advance do I need to book a party at PLAYit?
To book a party at PLAYit, the required notice period depends on the type of booking. For our standard Golf, Game, we can accommodate reservations with as little as 5 days’ notice, based on available time slots.
Is a deposit required when booking a party?
A $100 deposit is required when booking your party; the final balance is to be paid on the day based on your final number of guests. A minimum of 3 business days’ notice from the booking date is required to receive a refund of the deposit amount.
