1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Use of Play Cards

• PlayIT Games provides prepaid cards (“Play Cards”) for use on arcade machines.
• Play Cards may be topped up in-store via credit/debit card using Stripe payment services and Intercard systems.
• All credit on Play Cards is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Lost or stolen cards can only be replaced at our discretion upon proof of purchase and remaining balance.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only provided where required by ACL (e.g. if a service is faulty or not delivered as promised). Unused credit is non-refundable except where a statutory right applies.

4. Conduct in Venue

Patrons must behave responsibly and comply with all venue rules and staff directions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who breaches these Terms or behaves inappropriately.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our facilities, except where caused by our negligence. Our services come with guarantees under ACL that cannot be excluded, and nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is owned or licensed by PlayIT Games and must not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
